refused (no pun there intended) to take away some poor blokes rubbish because he had a few flower leafs or something in his rubbish.

Well a few months ago I re-turfed my lawn and had about 25 large garden bags of soil that I had dug up and was going to get a skip to get rid of them and a few other things as well.

Put them all in the front garden ready for the skip and a few days later the dustmen knocked on the door and said to mrs kp "do you want us to get rid of them for you love" she then told them that they were all full of soil and they said thats ok.
So to cut a short story long we got rid of all the bags for �30 and have recycled our soil into wherever.

Before you all slag me of for doing this dont blame me blame the dustmen.......

We don't have the brown bin garden garbage in our area and the binmen take it away ok and willingly :-)
