Also, when the film "Grease" was released in Greece what was it called?

'grease' in Greek is γράσο or λιπαντικό (lubricant)

a 'turkey' in Turkish is called a 'hindi' as a bird and 'hindi eti' as meat.

I suspect Grease the fim is known by its English name in Greece like we say 'Les Miserables'.
And what do you call people born in Crete?
Cretans.
Grease was called Brilliantina in Spain as grease just means fat (or so imdb.com says)
... and released in Mexico as 'Vaselino'.
