adios tablets... do they work?

hallo. i got adios weight loss tablets today just to try out as i need to lose a tiny bit of weight. i just wondered if anyone else had used them and whether they were helpful or not? would appreciate replies xxxxxxxx

Of course they don't. The main ingredient is fucos - a seaweed - and it is supposed to stimulate your metabolism to burn fat.

The pack states that you must take the tablets in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet plan. Follow the diet and you will lose weight whether you take the tablets or not.

If you want to speed up your metabolism do more cardio exercise. Dancing round your living room for half an hour will do the trick.

Please don't take them! They made me very ill, i was shaky, had major stomach cramps and headaches, and i only took it for a few days.
Hey georgie, I tried these a few years ago and they were useless, didnt lose a single pound (apart from the �8 they cost)

When I wanna lose weight I just cut out carbs. In 5 weeks I lost a noticable amount, ive put it all back on since tho and am happier now i can munch on bread again.
