I have a 3 year old red cordyline which until recently had nice red brown leaves. They are slowing going orange. Is it dying? What can I do?

Thanks

I take it you dont mean the 'outside leaves' which naturally die back as the plant grows. I have found that the red cordyline is liable to rotting in the crown, maybe the wet summer has affected yours.
