Our Co (my hubby and I) have been chasing another co for payment - work that we completed some time ago. We got a CCJ issued last week and the Co were given 7 days to pay. Today, we have been told that they have gone into administration. Not too sure where we stand now...not sure what we need to do next. Can anyone help? Many thanks all.

Find out who is handling the administration and send the bill to them.

Don't hold your breath for payment, though. The taxman has to get his cut first.
The taxman will not get his cut first - since the Enterprise Act, the Revenue are not preferred creditors.

But as Ethel does say, find out who the administrators are and send them copies of all docs.
