I would go for "Drips" by Eminem. Very crude.
'Onward christian soldiers', perhaps.
It depends what you find offensive really. If we're looking at blatent crudity, step forward Wayne County And The Electric Chairs who'se singalong ditty 'F@*k Off is a guarenteed ice-breaker at pensioners' parties!
'smack my b*tch up' by the prodigy, so offensive i wasn't allowed to type it properly and brainless enough to be funny, brilliant music though. :-)
'So my soul can sing' by scottish folk singer 'Jackie Leven'. Its a very powerful song basically about missing somebody but uses the f-word 47 times offensively applied to major institutions, religions and figure heads.
Perhaps , as much spoken about by J. Ross recently the opening song on the Peter Winguard album entitled Rape...which details the differences in rpae around the world....truly bad subject matter.
Scrub that....actually it's the British national anthem were in the third verse the scottish nation are supposed to stand up for a song that is telling them they are going to be "crushed"....anyone else know of a countries national anthem where they are forced to put up with this.
In terms of word count, one contender must be 'The Man Don't Give a F***' by Super Furry Animals, which contains the F-word 52 times.
Have a listen to Cannibal Corpse. Apart from the fact you cant actually hear what the guys singing the titles give it all away. "Raped with a broken bottle" for example.
The german national anthem also has a "missing" verse that talks about invading all and sundry and generally being a pest towards your enemies
Rage Against The Machine - Killing in the Name of could be deemed as offensive. Also one by the Consolidates, about sucking real hard and going down, baby!!
I would go for anything by an austrailian comedian called Kevin "Bloody" Wilson... probably the "kid he swears a bit" is a good one for lots of crude lewd and general swearing!! Enjoy!!
Depends what you mean by offensive I suppose. For swearing to make a point, it'd be hard to beat "The F***ing C***s Treat Us Like P**cks" by Flux of Pink Indians. Noisy punks with a thing or two to say about society. As far as I know, they started One Little Indian records, and so brought us Bjork. That's all I'm saying.
