What should I dress up as for the Harry Potter party tonight? I have no money for a costume so need to use household things!

I'm a girl by the way.

However, if it rains I will be a very soggy wand.
BOO I've got a picture on my head of Mr BOO wrapping you head to toe in black paper.P.S How would idly-enjoys breathe? get an old sheet and put glue on it,then get some feathers from an old pillow or duvet(or you can buy them cheap from art and craft stores) and sprinkle them onto the sheet, leave to dry, cut a hole in the sheet and bob's your uncle you're Hedwig
I've just read the new Harry Potter book-Harry dies. How unoriginal!
wear a brown top and a grass skirt and go as a broomstick... (although grass skirts aren't really house hold items)

cover yourself in talculm powder and go as a ghost?

wear brown and green, wave your arms around and go as the whomping willow?

How about dressing as a house elf ? you just need to wear a sack, and make some ears and a nose.
Don't go, that will save money and when people ask you where you were just tell them you came as Harry Potter in his invisible cloak.

Okay, in the end I made a wand from a twig in the garden, I made radish earrings out of paper and nail varnish. It was so cool there!
