Hi ABers, I'm bored with my job, I basically configure a configurable automated dispatching programme for a large number office and field based employees (also support users of said programme and some user testing), so I'm thinking of trying my hand at a more technical career.

Was thinking of a CompTIA A+ course (home based with Keimos) and then possibly a Cisco course (CCENT when its available) or a programming course (not looked into that yet but enjoy gaming so may drive me more) to give me some marketability (have a 2.2 Ba in Art/design and poor A-levels).

Does anyone have any experience with CompTIA A+/Cisco/decent programming courses/qualifications or Keimos?? Any other suggestions for me?

yes, you need to get out more!
You need Cirrus configuration manager! (Shameless company plug ; ) Make configuration changes 10 to 50 times faster than manual methods.
