Music from 'The Big Day' with Nick Knowles

In the middle each of the last two episodes there has been a piece of music played on either the glockenspeil or xylophone. I know it has also been a main piece of music to a film, but cannot find what it is anywhere.

I would be really grateful if someone could go to the trouble of letting me know what it might be as I have looked off and on for five years to track down the music, though it would help if I could remember the name of the film!

I don't know what the tune is but I'm certain the film was True Romance.

Thank you ninja, you were right about the film title- the track is called 'You're so cool' by Hans Zimmer - managed to find it on a soundtrack website.
