Microsoft and MSN log in problems.

Why can I no longer get into things like MSN Messenger ,Hotmail, Internet Banking, Paypal, My Mobile Phone account and pay for things like concert tickets on my PC? The rest of the Net works ok, it just seems to be things that hold information and things that need the microsoft .net sign ins. And how can I correct the problem. Many thanks in advance.
