Your local council will have details. For example, see here for New Forest:

For other areas, check the relevant council website, phone the council offices or ask at your nearest sports centre or swimming pool to see if they've got any leaflets. Alternatively, post again (stating the relevant area) and I'll try to track down the information for you.
