Slow connection/download

Have a problem with slow download speeds from ISP - they state it is a problem with our PC which it cannot be as the same problem with three computers in house and all when connected indvidually have the same problem. Any ideas ?

Can't see USB 2.0 ?

Are you using Norton?

Could it be your firewall?

Try moving your router farther away from your modem and then reset them both by unplugging them for a few seconds and the plugging them back in. Be sure all computers are OFF while resetting.
