Transferring contacts from SonyEriccson to Nokia

Having just upgraded from a Sony Ericcson K800i to a Nokia N95 I now have th awfull task of copying all my contact details manually onto my new phone. These are not sim contacts as there are email addresses and often more than one telephone number per name.
Anyone got any tips for speeding up the process?

can you not bluetooth it all across? If not you need to find some sort of pc suite that is compatible with both phones...... They sell these things in phone shops if you cant find a free one online.

If your k800i can use outlook try that coz the n95 can
