I used the crest white strips whitening treatment which apparently is the best one you can get, it is not abrasive or anything and doesnt use bleach

It left my teeth really sensitive and sore and I lay awake all that night wishing i'd never bothered
i wouldnt bother ive tried a few and none seem to work for me, ive started using macleans whitening toothpaste its about 3 and i have noticed a difference, unless its all psycological, i read about it in a magazine

Many whitening kits tested had more bleach in them than used in bleaching hair
I've used crest white strips and they worked really well for my teeth people comment me on how white the are all the time and i used them like a year ago it really makes a differnce when you have a big white smile. when i used the i was consistant with it useing them everyday maybe that why no one else who posted an answer saw results.
Sorry but I think they're all a rip off. Have tried a couple and so have some of my friends, they just don't work!
Best way to get white teeth is to get them lightened professionally at the dentist, but it's pricey though. Mind you, some places do it on a payment scheme so you can pay a little amount a month (with a good dosage of interest on top no doubt too!). I've thought about doing this but couldn't justify the money, but if you can afford it, go for it!!
