hi i wonder could anyone advise us ? We booked a holiday in april 2007 to go to florida june 2008 when husband phoned to book holiday they told us we could get the connecting flights from belfast to gatwick free or between ten and twenty five pound each. my husband phoned every other week to see about the flights as we were told you had to wait elven months before the date to book he had rang on the of chance on wed to see if flights were available to be told they would be 99.00 each. My husband told the person that we were to get discounted flights he spent over an hour talking to this person who was extremely rude so asked to be put through to a supervisor to be told they cannot do that plus there is no complaints dep . This is our first time booking with virgin and were excited but this dealing has totally put us of They made my husband feel as if he was telling lies I feel a big company like this should deal better but do not know what to do please help
