AA driving school complaint

My hubby booked some lessons online with the AA driving school who promptly took the payment from his credit card. He then got an acknowledgement to say that someone would be in touch shortly to arrange his first lesson.

After a week....no call so we called them - however every time we rang we just queued and queued and never got through to anyone.

In the meantime he found another driving school.

So we sent a complaint letter over 3 weeks ago and had no response and no refund and now want to send one to the Chief Exec but can't seem to find any info.

Anyone have any ideas who to send it to?

Thanks

But your best bet is to contact your credit card company who will get your money back for you.

Thanks for that - its the address we have already used and had no response from.

Am going to send another letter recorded delivery - just think if I had a name rather than "customer complaints" I might stand a better chance of a response.
