if they worked I'm sure we'd have no fat people left in this world. Well maybe the ones that are happy being bigger. Read this

I promise you if they worked, you would not need to be asking!! the whole world would know about it!!
As much as you dont want to hear this DONT DO IT its not good for you and its a fad once you stop you cant maintain it, its honestly all about eatting less and exercise which doesn't mean killing yourself down the gym find something you enjoy and if you're that dedicated and comitted you'll achieve your weight loss. If for example you want to loose 16lbs break iot down to 2lbs a week.

Good luck and stay focused :o )

thx all i already go to the gym
Hi, I have no medical proof that any work, and think they're all some extremely wealthy gits idea of conning insecure people into spending lots of money on false hope. However, saying this, my Mum recently bought some tablets from the local chinese Health store to boost her metabolism - she has thyroid probs and has a nightmare losing weight.

Anyway, They were quite expensive - 50 for a months supply - but, after only 2 weeks, she has said she has already noticed a difference. Not to be graphic, but she is going to the toilet a lot more, and her clothes are already looser on her, and she really does believe they are working. She doesnt want to weigh now, but is going to wait until the month is up to see how much she's lost.

Anyway, my advice is maybe to go to a Dr Health store, or somewhere similar, and have a chat with the guys there. Maybe you just need something to kick start your metabolism into 'weight loss' mode.

Good luck xx
Stack/Stacker used to be available over the net although I think I've seen them available in the UK. All "slimming" pills contain traces of amphetamine i.e. speed which is an appetite surpressant. So chances are taking one will reduce your appetite but you probably won't be able to sleep lol.
The only way to lose weight is to eat healthy food and cut out all the sweet and fatty foods. All these slimming clubs are a waste of time .All the low fat food you see in shops are all just a money making thing Cut out all fatty foods and don't binge between meals. Have a proper dinner with fresh veg and always make sure you eat a breakfast.Believe me been there and done it all waste of time I stopped all this advertising stuff cut out all the fatty foods and ate healthly have lost 2 stone in 4 months and maintained it by eating normal healthy food. And remember the quicker you take it off the quicker you will put it back on just do it gradually 2 to 3 lbs a week is plenty.
Didnt work for me. A no carb diet did tho.
Have you seen the slimming pill Acomplia is making people suicidal? The Americans are not going to allow it to enter the US market and this has had knock-on effects for the European makers of the slimming pill.

Personally I think that if you want to lose weight you need to eat properly and exercise!
