I know the song you mean, "and it's cold outside, I feel the winter" I didn't catch the name of the artist though, Have been trying to find it online to download it with no luck!!

Milly145 is right this was Cerys Mathews with Tom Jones, the track on the Tom Jones Reload Album is a bit slower and more showtunes but there are remixes floating around that have it speeded up.
