what can i do against a untrue statment made by my manager to head office against me? I have been bullied at work by him and eventually have been suspended without warning . I have never been pulled by any employers for 30 years of work and my cv reputation is unsoiled. I knew for sometime this manager did not want me around and made my life hell. I have never complained because i thought he was stressed with work and needed support from all of us staff, we went out reguraly for drinks after work, and suddenly things did change and to this day i do not know why! this manager has teamed up with other branch managers and they did send a e-mail against me to head-office. what can i do my diciplinary is tomorow! I want ot restore my reputation and my name has been so soiled, i want that back. thanks xx

Can't really answer as you don't say why you've been suspended?

You don't get suspended because your boss has bullied you. More likely to be the other way round.

What was said in the letter giving you notice of your suspension, this might give a clue?
