Can I reclaim mortgage fees the same as bank fees??

Hey. Does anyone know if I can reclaim mortgage charges in the same way as I am able to reclaim bank charges I.E. �35 for a returned payment etc. It would be great if I could but I would like to know for sure. I have looked on the internet but I cant find anything that relates to this issue.

Hey thanks for that! :) I have had a look at it but I think I need to wait for my mortgage statements to arrive before I do anything else! Do you know the name of the legislation that covers bank charges etc as I cant even find that out but Im sure it would make great bedtime reading!! LOL
