A new book by dermatologist Dr Fredric Brandt has declared that sugar actually ages you. Dr Brandt, who advises Madonna, says that he 'saw an increased glow, radiance and elasticity in his face' when he stopped eating sugar for a year. He says that he is 'really lean and have the body of a teenager, although I'm in my 40s' as a result. Do you think that stopping eating sugar would make such a big difference? And would you be able to give up chocolate, and sugar in your tea etc to look younger?

Well I haven't taken sugar in tea or coffee or on cereal since I was 11, I am now early fifties and overweight, not many wrinkles I must admit but hardly radiant and NO I wouldn't give up chocolate for anything.
Total rubbish, he just wants the publicity.
