I have paid �300 to a company to fix something (ECU on the car)
Ive paid by my visa delta and its not fixed it.
Where do I stand?
What steps can I take?

Ring your Bank up as soon as you can, explain the situation and ask for a chargeback, There is a time limit in which you can do them so the the quicker the better.
