Does anyone know of a governing body that my friend can check that her agent is giving best practice to them. They have recently been stopping rent for various reasons that sound obsurd to us. For example, I am sure it is the tennants responsibility to clean the house when they leave? They recently took money from my friends rent when the tennants moved out for cleaning!
