I used to take a pint of water to bed wi me evry nite, but got sick of knockin it ova wen i went 2 turn the alarm off in the mornin!!. Now its a matter of take a carton of juice up 2 bed wen i stumble in at 2/3/4am in the mornin....much easier!

we always take a large sports bottle each, drink it all most nights, maybe this is why 5 out of 7 mornings I wake up 10 minutes before the hatefull alarm needing a wee!
