if it was u stopping him seeing her then there wud be a problem but if it him just not wanting to then all u can do is encourage him, why once a month may i ask?

thats all he saids he could commit to. Crazy isnt it. They can make us let them see them but we cant make them see them, if that makes sence.
if he as said he can commit to that then he shud, get in touch with your solicitor and tell him that you dont want your daughter being messed around and let down all the time, it would be better if he didnt see her at all rather than letting her down. He shouldnt be able to pick and choose when he is a father, its not always possible to be a parent 24/7 but you should try your hardest to get as near as possible to 24/7 and he obvoiusly isnt trying so why should he have the privledge of being in her life.
surely he calls you when he's going to see her, if he does dont tell her until he shows up that way your daughter wont get upset
