Can anyone remember a programme that I think BBC did which involved one episode of a drama being shown and then people phoning in every night for about a week and the next episode was then written and filmed from what the viewers had suggested.

I think Tony Robinson was the presenter and it ran twice??? Anyone have any idea?

It was called "What's Your Story?" and it was fronted by Sylvester McCoy. You're right that they did it twice: the first series was eight episodes over two weeks starting on 31 October 1988, and the second was five episodes all in one week, starting 19 March 1990.
