Every single person I speak to is fed up to the back teeth with this governments political correctness, kow towing to muslims, yobs and hoodies, and every other minority group including immigrants and asylum seekers. Even the little old lady from our post office said she was so fed up that she would vote for the BNP if she had a candidate. She prefaced her remark, by saying, "I'm not a racist or anything, but ....... "
So if little old ladies are thinking of supporting the BNP, shouldn't we heed this as a wake up call? The extremists are going to win power by default because our mainstream parties are just too wet and P.C. to legislate according to the wishes of the majority of British people.

perhaps you are speaking to an unduly restricted group of people. (The sort of people who start their sentences with 'I'm not a racist but...') Despite what redhead in her brownshirt says, people don't have to be scared to say so, because Britain holds secret ballots, so you can vote BNP while pretending you're a Tory. In spite of that, few people seem to do so. I wonder why?

I agree with you oakleaf, I am absolutely sick to the back teeth of all of the PC rubbish I keep hearing on the news. Only this last ten minutes I have watched the news and heard muslims complaining again about the police wanting to interview people when they are looking for terrorist suspects. Surely if people have nothing to hide then they should not have a problem with being asked a few questions??? If I was stopped in the street and asked questions I would answer them, I would not start crying that I was being victimised. Its about time that this government listened to what its people want, and okay you may think that the BNP is extreme but I dont agree, I just think that they want what is best for British people and a lot more people would vote for them but you are stigmatised and accused of being racist if you voice an opinion that has any connection to muslims, immigration or asylum. Lets speak up for our country and let this government know that we deserve fair treatment as well, not just the minorities.
Yes ...the jews had this problem with Adolf Hitler I seem to remember ..they were stopped and questioned and then herded into trucks never to be seen again Never had the chance to complain that they were being "victimised". The resentment the British National feels towards invasion from the different parties of imigrants is maybe what the Germans felt about the Jews.
The national's feel invaded, loosing their identity and most of feel at threat. Human instinct is that to protect what is thy own. Ancesory of british nationals worked and fought hard to create this Great Britain. To see the systems now in place that allow advantage to be taken, is disturbing to many. To see the landscape & the horizon, the future of one's own country change beyond recognition is very hard for nationals to accept. This has nothing to do with race. Can you blame people who want to protect their culture, their ancestory, preserve their heritage and prepare for future generations. Apart from the cultural threat, with overcrowding in school, hospitals, high unemployment - you can't blame the nationals for resentment.

I'll tell you what really ******* annoys me.. Is when I see a job vacancy advertised and it clearly states:

A job for the constabulary - "Hindi speaking an advantage" What the ****!!! why should we have to speak HIndi in England to get a job??

Adolf was not only anti jewish ..he was anti anything but a pure Aryan race ..this included ,people of colour (remember Jessie Owens ) gypsies ,homosexuals ,mentally ill or disabled people ,in fact anyone who didn't tie in with his ideal blonde haired blue eyed white man and if you would care to read between the lines of the BNP manifesto this is the same thing couched in ever som slightly PC terms to suit them ..

And to be fair we are all mongrels in this country anyway having been invaded at various times by the Romans ,the Vikings etc .So we were a hodge podge to start with .
As for alternate radio stations would you not be pleased to hear your native language spoken on the radio if you lived abroad somewhere .. there are other countries in the world you know .

I'm not racist & I'm not a natzi either.
My partner is from the east, when I visit his country I speak the language of that country. When I visit european countries I don't expect them to understand me, why should they? they have their own language and I don't want to impose mine on them. When in their lands I respect their culture & language. Besides which I'm embarrased to be english when abroad.
I wouldn't want to hear an english language programme on the radio unless it was made in the Uk & broadcast internationally. If it was made & broadcast by the english for english ex pats, well that's just wrong.

Back in the 70�s and 80�s my dear old dad had been in this country for about 20 or so years had found a job, paid his taxes, adhered to the rules, regulations, language and culture. Yet he was still discriminated against, stared at in the street and treated with contempt by a lot of the �locals�. He was even arrested once in a case of mistaken identity. Fortunately times moved on and he came to be largely accepted, either that or another rake of immigrants took the limelight.
His crime, he was Irish. When I was growing up with IRA attacks etc on the British Mainland, my poor old dad was seen as a potential terrorist with �links�. Of course he abhorred the troubles and would have nothing to do with any violence or political angst and certainly had no �links� with terrorism, but it didn�t stop the �locals� treating him like a social pariah. If BNP had their way, he would have been sent back home too.
If people want to be British � and many don�t because this itself is often seen as an international embarrassment � then why don�t they just �be� British, or English, Welsh, Scottish or whatever, rather than blaming incoming cultures for their national impotence? If there is a job for a Hindi speaking person, is this any different for a job advertising German speaking or French speaking? Again, blaming everyone else for our own lack of ability to converse outside of our own language seems to be the British thing, whether in this country or abroad.

You speak of living in a free and democratic society, thats just b******t. We are told what is acceptable and what isn't and this does not just relate to the issue being discussed, it effects many parts of people's lives in todays society, and lets face it and be reasonable here I think the chances of people being "herded into wagons" is not very likely to happen. All I am saying is that everybody has to give and take,, not just the british nationals, because at the moment everything in this country is geared towards sympathising with the minority because everybody is s*** scared of speaking out. I am sure that if you asked a lot of the minority groups that most of them would agree that things are getting silly and all the the government is acheiving by tiptoeing around the monority groups is alienation of the british people. You may think that I am in the minority when it comes to this opinion but believe me I would say that 90% of people that I know at work, family and friends etc share similar feelings on this subject. I was opposed to this kind of opinion myself until recent years but things have now gotten out of control, we are a tiny island in a large world, how many more people of different races and nationalities are we going to shoehorn into this country?
Define British?, if I said British people would you naturally assume I was talking about white people? or all uk born people? be they red , yellow, asian, black , white , green or otherwise, these are the British people I would refer to not just white. My father was a native american and my mum was english, I was born here and have never been out of work since leaving school over 30 yrs ago, but even I can see some merit in stopping immigration, until this mess is sorted out and until there are enough resources to which they are entitled, the fault lies with succesive governments in not planning for an increasing population, where as the populace has increased the resources have not kept pace with it. But vote BNP no, vote for a common sense party yes.
