Does anyone remember ever seeing one of these machines. It was shown in Rocky 4 here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ns6p_8wGPXY

I have also seen them on local TV when a guy has climbed the equivalent of Everest on the machine for charity.

It works the whole body as you put your hands and feet into these clips and then you climb by moving your hands and feet up and down, the machine slides up and down to your movements.

Does anyone remember these, do some gyms still have them, are they still produced???

Thanks in advance.

Google 'climber' and 'climbing machines' and you should find a range.

In a 100 years time people will be laughing their heads off at us volunteering for this.
It's called a 'Versa Climber' and is still in many gyms accross the country.

It is very popular with the likes of the police, fire brigades and the army & navy because it works out so much of the major muscle groups is a very intense workout and takes up very little space.
