what on earth was the kids programe

hi all,when i think of kids programes i used to watch,theres always one i cant put my finger on..right its a lion ,{i think} playing a guitar and theres other animal band members,it seems hippyish lol,,,its not the bananna splits,as i have looked at them,,although i dont know if they appeared on that programe.ive put in animal magic,as that is what i thought it was called,but no luck,ive been on utube and everything .its not an animation its people dressed up as animals. pleeeeeaaaaase help its doin my head in ....thanx xx
