Career dilemma On line Personality tests!!!!

Hi, i'm curently in a dead end job and am desperately seeking to find a new career. When i'm not at work i spend alot of time looking at job ads in newspapers and on line on the many job websites. Although these websites are quite helpful to an extent, the trouble is i find it difficult to find out would job would be best suited to me even though there are thousands out there. I heard that these on line personality tests can be quite helpful. I've done a few but they dont seem to be very accurate in my opinion.( Maybe i've not been on very good ones!!) If anybody has any useful info, or who has possibly been in this situation and has come through it, would be much appreciated if you could let me know. Thanks...

some of their test are only meant as a bit of fun but some i found very useful. There is one that matches your like, dislikes and personality to jobs that are well suited for you - my results were very accurate!
