I was comfort eating yesterday due to a hangover. My daily diet consisted of the following:-

- large bacon baguette with cheddar cheese
- 'southern fried' chicken (3 x thighs & 2 x drumsticks)
- pear juice

Anybody out there eat a lot worse than me yesterday?

whats wrong with that. You didnt even have any breakfast. would say thats ok to me
Mine was much worse, 1 packet of Lidl noodles, 1 packet of Ansley Harriet cous cous, beer and a very little amount of carbonara. Today I shall be making up for it by going halfs on a bucket of chicken or a chinese for my lunch (stomach is reading lunch as breakfast just now!) and I'm in the middle of a bit of a heated email discussion about the time and place just now. What are you having today then Champers?
Well I had breakfast but then forgot to eat while I made repeated attempts to access AB for the rest of the day !!! :-)

Well, Skreeche, as I don�t have alcohol-related cravings today, I will probably eat a mixed salad from our restaurant�s fresh salad cart, with some fresh fruit salad afterwards.

But don�t panic!! You�ll be pleased to know that I�m going for a few sherberts with a friend after work and will be eating pub grub. Probably pig in between bread again.

My Gran cooked me a very greasy fry up for breakfast, i had a piece of toast at lunch, and then my flatmate decided that Sunday should become 'KFC Sunday', so I had a spectacularly unhealthy day.
i ate for britain yesterday, combination of hangover and that i didn't eat on sat

tomatoes and cucumber with breadsticks and tapanade for brekkie -
saus sarnie and crisps for lunch
haddock and mash with peas and parsely sauce for dinner
cheese and biscuits for a snack
all washed down with copious amounts of lime and soda water, and i'm sure there was more, oh a toblerone as well that i found lurking at the back of the fridge
I am detoxing for the nx four days ( hubby's away) & to make myself be prepared for it . On sunday I ate Breakfast (1 sausage/scrambled eggs/beans/bacon & toast). Then for dinner I went to my Mums & had home made Steak pie roasties & veg followed by apple & blackberry pie with cream. Then at 10pm 1 bottle full fat coke & a large bag of sweet chilli crips. Hoping that was gonn acrry me thru till thurs.
I AM NOW STARVIN. arggghhhh...
If that is eating badly, then i dread to think what my body is like!
I mostly just eat cheese, pizza, takeaways & drink silly amounts of Strongbow & black!
I have put on a stone n half since July! :(
You are all my kind of people!! A separate section could be added for us to confess. I actually wasn't too bad yesterday. Porridge for brekkie, double cheesburger, medium fries [why can't you get small fries?] cappucino, then cherry cake for tea. 1 sausage sandwich and one pate sandwich for supper. I would have had some Maltesers, slowly melted in my mouth before crunching - but I didn't have any.
Haven't had my lunch yet. Felling hungry already.
Oh my god!! Thats nothing compared to what i can put away when i have a hangover! I just seem to graze constantly all day! Its the only thing that makes me feel human again. Yesterday i had 2 slices of toast and Marmite for brekkie, went to a friends house for Sunday lunch so had nibbles first, big roast din ,choc sponge and custard for pud. I was rather full but then i got in last night about 9 oclock and was starving again!! I put away 2 bowls of crunchy nut cornflakes and a slice of toast and Jam! Is that really bad of me??????
maybe its just a sunday thing ?
I dont tend to eat anything when im hungover!
Or on a sanday!
Yesterday I had a tiny bowl of noodles, and a few mouthfuls of a roast my fella had cooked me!
That was it!
But I make up for it the rest of the time!
I only ever eat twice a day, healthyish lunch (roll with cheese salad & mayo) and my dinners are just whats making me put on weight!
Yesterday I had about 8 mugs of coffee (no breakfast, no lunch), and then a bowl of chicken & tomato pasta at around 7.30pm. This was followed by a couple of pints of water and then a double helping of Mrs O. All in all, a good day � yeah yeah I know about body storing fat etc etc.

Those last two posts were far too healthy for this thread!

Thing is, although mine doesn't sound too bad, you didn't see the size of the baguette. I cut a massive portion myself and then had to cut that into two because it wouldn't fit on the plate in one piece! There were 4 rashers of bacon in it, cheddar, and cream cheese. I was going to have fresh tomato in it too, but decided that would be teasing my body... letting it get a sniff of vitamins but nothing more.

And I grazed all afternoon on the 5 portions of chicken. I would have made some veg to go with it but i'm afraid my lardy bum was suctioned to the sofa.

Niiiice.
keep talking food champagne , Iv'e just put on weight just reading that lot !!! :-)
