Nationwide Advert of old

Hi , I remember an old advert for Nationwide building society where there was a tune that had lyrics that were all in the same pitch and every now and then the pitch went up. The actual advert was a camera panning along a street and at one point a house takes off! :D Can anyone tell me the name of the original tune? thanks in advance
