As I Look all around I can see glittery bits of dust in the air......WHAT IS IT??

cockroach is right people often see glittery bits after getting up to quick.

As I understand this is down to a lack of oxygen reaching the brain.

If you are seeing theses bits all the time then you need to got to the doctors
