I'm not quite sure where to put this. We have a LARGE quantity of second-hand plastic balls to fill our brand new ball pool (Where I work). How can we clean the balls so that they look as shiny as the pool? It's not a good idea to use gallons of water as each ball has a small hole where water will get in. Any sensible suggestions will be welcome!

wash them in a bath, let them dry in the sun.
Put them in your washing machine with about a dozen old face cloths, add powder as normal and wash on a warm wash only. Fill the drum about 1/2 full with balls, you will need to cut a piece of card in a half moon shape to hold them in and slide it out as you close the door. Stand them on a towel afterwards with the hole at the bottom and let gravity and the suction from the towel empty them, if they will not drain, pierce another tiny hole oppisite the original, this will let air in and the water out.

Thankyou -I just hope we don't have to wash them too often!
Any water which ends up in the balls will stink and fester, soon enough! Hire a low-wage worker to hand-wash each ball or find balls with no holes.
