lime yellow? I thought limes were green and lemons were yellow? I'd be standing there so confused I'd forget to get out of the way.

Limes turn yellow as they ripen more, just like 'Golden Delicious' apples, which are meant to be eaten when yellow, not green. (It's a French con, the green ones!).
