I have a wooden clothes prop and a steel clothes washing prop.but unfortunately they keep slipping too far to the front. does anyone know what i can tie to the clothes props to stop them leaning too much to the front.i am using garden twine at the moment to tie the props to the washing line.does anyone know of anything that i can use to tie the props to the washing line that will allow me also to make the props more stable and allow me toput the washing line higher with the help of the props.many thanks Baljit

Have you tried tightening the washing line?
have you tried putting less washing on the line?
have you thought of wearing less clothes?
tie two knots in your line, one either side of the point your prop needs to be (four knots for two props ) the prop in between the knots can't slide then.
hi,I just put a peg either side of the clothes prop to stop it sliding
