I have a couple of rib eye steaks in the fridge. Has anyone got any ideas of something different I can do with them? Maybe a sauce or a marinade. I'm bored of eating them just plain. Many thanks.

I scoffed it yesterday evening. But I will definately keep this in mind for next time I have it. Thanks!
Fry some sliced onions until golden-brown. Make up some beef stock, a cube will do, and add a splash of red wine, and lots of black pepper. Mix all together and reduce by half.

Grill or fry the steaks to your liking, (I usually rub them with a little crushed garlic.) Pour the sauce over the steaks. I personally like English mustard with this, the combination is good. This is great with French Fries, and a green salad, I like Little Gem Lettuce, with a vinaigrette. As a change from chips, you could try a couple of Aunt Bessie's frozen Yorkshire puddings, they soak up the sauce, and it is heaven!
