Has anyone any experience of selling a house via a 'get your cash quick' internet site? We need to sell to move, but are not dependant on such a scheme, financially.

Not quite sure if they are the sort you, but the only one's I know of that pay out quick are the one's that buy for at least 20% of the market value.
