Staining new pine floorboards

We want to replace some exisiting floor boards with new pine ones but we want to treat/stain them so that they look old. Any ideas?

It would be a lot more economical for you to buy real wood floorboards which already have the stressed look. If you don't like the ones you see at the showrooms then think about buying reclaimed pine floorboards.

That was our original plan but we can't get them at a price that is realistic (it is for a business that we are doing up)
