I am just watching American Idol on ITV2 and they just had a duet of Celine Dion singing with Elvis.It looked so real, does anyone know how they did this? Was Elvis a hologram? It was a live audience so maybe it was a lookalike who was actually on stage and they added the Elvis footage later for the tv audience.

it sounds similar to a gorillaz performance for mtv.this also had a mix of live action and 'virtual' performers.
