32a Aunt's diner toying with this - in Indian restaurant? (5)
Answer seems to be RAITA - Indian restaurant is almost an anagram of Aunt's diner + Raita, but there's an additional N. Another oversight, or perhaps diner is a misprint for dinner?

Hello Pld. I have not started mine yet as I'm running behind but your explanation is excellent and I think it must be right! Dinner instead of diner.

Well done. K
