Downloading avi's
When I download a movie in avi format, I am not seeing the piccture, just hear the sound. Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks

You do not say what program you are using to play it.
If you are using Windows Media Player then that is not too good at playing AVI files.
I use the VLC media player
