i have picked up W7zip.exe spyware. Does anybody know how to get rid of it?

I tried your suggestion but after scanning it did not find the spyware.
However this morning my AVG program became alerted to W7zip.exe and after a disk scan found it as a Trojan Horse PSW.BankerB.JML and deleted it thankfully.
It appears that this trojan is only a week or so old so is not recognised by some detection programs.
