My neighbours from hell are on a total witch-hunt. They keep making bogus complaints to my housing association. The lastest one being the dog barking. I have asked the Housing Association for an event log and evidence. (dates, times and duration etc) They have not provided this but have asked me not to have the dog at my home. It seems they are taking thier word for it and threatening my tenancy in the meantime. My nice neighbour says she has heard nothing. Where do i stand ??

I don't know, but if you have a nice neighbour, couldn't they say something to the effect that your dog isn't a nuisance?

believe me, the things that go through my head !!! lol
Hi LittleMissxx
If you feel you are being harrassed, why not telephone your local council and ask the Anti Social Behavioural Team to take your case on board.
They will help you out
Good luck
Unless they can produce evidence that your dog is causing a nusiance then they cannot ask you to remove the dog from your home, unless it's a stipulated in your tenancy agreement that you cannot have pets at the property. In which case they can evict you for breaching this condition.
might be worth going to the CAB for further advice though
