I've heard that the Handspring Visors are good. You get a Palm Pilot with the same software but much cheaper.

I bought the new Palm at Xmas - with the colour screen. May seem better, but totally prefer the Palm V, which you can get a portable keyboard for. I wouldn't be tempted by the colour screen one.
