My colleague has lost all of their addresses in the contacts list in Outlook. Is there any way I can send mine over to him? Also, is there any way we can back this up? Thanks in advance.

In outlook express you can can export and then import your address book, go to file >export>address book> (I always use ) text file comma separated) then save it and send file to mate, Excel file i think it is saved as.

Thanks for that but I've got Outlook and he has Outlook Express. I've exported my address book and saved into a file but when I try and import it from his computer that document doesn't come up because its Outlook and not Express. Does that make sense? Is there anyway to get round it? Thanks
