I use this free program

http://www.applian.com/freecorder/

It records the sound that your computer plays,so just play the Youtube video and record the sound using Freecorder.You can then burn it to a CD if you want or save as an MP3 and use it on a player.
The free version will record for up to half an hour I think any longer and you will need to pay for the full version.
