Strange Skin Marks

Hi everyone,
My partner has strange marks on his hips and bum and I was wondering is anyone knows what it could be. They are in clusters of about 5 or 6 roundish, brownish marks ranging from the size of a 5p roughly and smaller. some look normal coloured or a bit yellow in the middle. He's also got a red mark on his neck, about 3cm long which he says is Bermuda Rot and he puts the other marks down to that too even though he can't recall how long he's had them.
