Hi,
i'm interested in hearing your healthy smoothie recipes, I'm in training for a triathlon and would like a healthy alternative to a bowl of cereal in the morning. I've got a tub of whey protein and a bag of oats which i would like to use, i just need a bit of inspiration.

Cranberry Orange Power Smoothie

1 cup cranberry juice
1 large banana
1 medium orange, peeled and segmented
1/2 cup strawberries, hulled
1/4 cup raspberry sherbet
1 cup ice cubes
1/4 cup whey protein powder

Place cranberry juice, banana, orange, strawberries, sherbet, ice, and protein powder in the bowl of a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth, about one minute. Adjust the consistency by adding more sherbet if it's too thin, or more cranberry juice if it's too thick. Pour into two glasses and use a straw.

Metric:
235 ml cranberry juice
1 large banana
168 g orange, peeled and segmented
75 g strawberries, hulled
60 ml raspberry sherbet
235 ml ice cubes
40 g whey protein powder
This is my favourtie smoothie:
1 small punnet strawberries
1 banana
1 small carton natural yoghurt
300ml milk
1 tablespoon runny honey

I just bung it all together in the blender, whizz it up and then enjoy!
