Can I load music onto 2 ipods using the same library

I want to load music onto a 2nd i pod using music i already have saved on my 1st i pods library. Is this possible or do I need to set up a seperate library using the software for the 2nd ipod

Yeah, I have done this for my ipod and my brother in laws. I think I just pretty much plugged his in, and it put the music onto his ipod without too much hassle. The music on both ipods is identical though.
